Special Masala Chai is loose leaf chai blended to a recipe our family has been selling over the counter in Kolkata for forty years. Premium Assam CTC chai leaves are combined with whole spices: cardamom for warmth, ginger for bite, cinnamon for sweetness, and a house mix of additional spices that makes the cup recognisably ours.
Sourced directly from certified Assam tea estates at peak harvest, the CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) leaves are processed to maximize strength and colour, giving your cup a rich copper-red liquor that holds up perfectly against milk. The spice blend is added after careful calibration so no single flavour dominates. The result is a perfectly balanced kadak masala chai: bold, aromatic, warming, and 100% natural with no sugar, no artificial flavour enhancers, and no preservatives.
At Brew Your Sip, we believe masala chai is not just a beverage, it is a ritual. This blend is designed for the morning chai that sets the tone for your day, the afternoon cup that resets your focus, and the evening brew that brings the family together. A 500g pouch makes roughly 100 cups of masala chai.
How to Brew: Add 1 tsp (2.5g) to 150ml water. Bring to a boil, add 100ml milk and sugar to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes. Strain and serve. For stronger chai, increase steeping time by 1 minute.
