1Boil 200ml water fully (100°C)
2Add 1.5 tsp loose CTC tea
3Simmer 2 min, add 100ml milk
4Simmer another 2 min
5Strain, sweeten, serve hot

The Antioxidant Ritual
1Heat water to 80–85°C (off before boil)
2Add 1 tsp per 200ml — no more
3Quick rinse (5 sec) to awaken leaf
4Steep 2–3 minutes max
5Pour immediately, sip plain

3Add cardamom pod & cinnamon
4Simmer gently for 5 minutes
