These terms explain shopping with Brew Your Sip, operated by Unik Tea Centre Private Limited, Kolkata, India.

Your order

Choose the tea, pack size and quantity, check your address and the final checkout total, then explicitly place your order. Please provide accurate details and contact us promptly about corrections. Purchases and accounts should be managed by adults.

A payment authorisation or automated order acknowledgement does not guarantee stock or dispatch. We confirm fulfilment through order updates. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we contact you and arrange a refund of the amount received for the unfulfilled items.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The price shown applies to the selected pack. The final checkout must disclose applicable taxes, delivery and any optional additions before payment. Review that total before confirming. Printed MRP, when displayed, refers to the exact pack; a regular price is not automatically the pack MRP. Discounts apply only when their stated conditions are met.

Only payment methods available at checkout can be used for that order. No paid add-on is compulsory. A purchase does not create a subscription or authorise recurring charges.

Tea information

Read the product’s ingredients, pack details and preparation guide before ordering. Tea is an agricultural product and its appearance, aroma and flavour can vary between batches. This does not limit your rights if goods are unsafe, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description. Product and educational content is not medical advice.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our shipping policy, cancellation policy and returns and refunds policy explain the process. Contact us for a particular order rather than sending a return without instructions.

Your account and reviews

Keep your account credentials private. Please submit truthful reviews about your own experience and avoid posting another person’s private details. Reviews may be moderated for spam, abuse or unrelated content. Our privacy notice explains personal-data handling and your choices.

Questions and disputes

For a grievance, write to Archit Shah, Grievance Officer, Unik Tea Centre Private Limited, 69 Bangur Avenue, Block B, Kolkata 700055, West Bengal, India. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Include your order number and a short description; please do not send passwords, card details or payment PINs.

Indian law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or prevents you from using a competent consumer commission or another remedy available under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; your existing order remains subject to the information provided when it was placed.
