Loose Leaf Spearmint and Chamomile Tea | Mint, Chamomile, Blue Pea

A loose leaf spearmint and chamomile tea set: dried spearmint blended into green tea, pure chamomile flowers, and blue butterfly pea. One for after meals, one for before bed, and one for when you want a drink that is cobalt blue and turns pink when you squeeze a lemon into it.

What is inside:

• Mint Green Tea (20g): Premium green tea leaves blended with dried spearmint, refreshing, cooling, and a natural breath freshener. Good after a meal or as a mid-afternoon refresher. Gentle caffeine from the green tea base.
• Chamomile Tea (20g): Pure dried chamomile flowers, apigenin rich and honey like in flavour. The most researched herbal tea there is, and the standard evening cup.
• Blue Butterfly Pea Tea (20g): Cobalt-blue herbal tea made from dried butterfly pea flowers, caffeine-free, and known for changing colour in the cup when you add lemon.

This pack arrives in a reusable drawstring pouch and makes a good gift for anyone exploring herbal teas for the first time, or wanting something to drink in the evening that is not caffeinated.

How to brew: Follow each pouch's directions. For Mint Green Tea, start around 75 to 85°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Prepare chamomile and butterfly pea separately using their herbal infusion directions. Strain before serving. Mint Green Tea contains caffeine.
