A loose leaf chamomile tea set with two companions: pure dried chamomile flowers, a rose scented green, and blue butterfly pea. Rose Green Tea contains caffeine from its green tea base. Pure chamomile and blue butterfly pea are naturally caffeine-free infusions.

What is inside:

• Rose Green Tea (20g): Whole green tea leaves blended with dried rose petals. Softly floral, with a pink gold brew.
• Chamomile Tea (20g): Pure dried chamomile flowers, apigenin rich and honey like in flavour. The classic bedtime cup.
• Blue Butterfly Pea Tea (20g): A striking cobalt-blue brew from dried butterfly pea flowers. Caffeine-free, and famous for changing colour when lemon juice is added, turning pink-purple in the cup.

The pack comes in a reusable drawstring pouch, compact, gift-ready, and a good introduction to herbal and floral teas.

How to brew: Follow each pouch's directions. For Rose Green Tea, start around 75 to 85°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Prepare the chamomile and butterfly pea separately using their herbal infusion directions. Strain before serving. The rose green portion contains caffeine.

Are all three teas caffeine-free?

No. Rose Green Tea contains caffeine. Pure Chamomile and Blue Butterfly Pea do not. Choose the individual pouch according to your caffeine preference.

Why does Blue Tea change colour?

Blue Butterfly Pea Tea gets its colour from anthocyanin pigments. When an acidic ingredient like lemon juice is added, the pH drops and the anthocyanins change colour from blue to pink or purple, a completely natural chemical reaction.

Which tea in this set is best for sleep?

Chamomile is a caffeine-free option for an evening drink, but it is not a treatment for sleep problems. Check the ingredients and ask a clinician if you have relevant allergies or take medicines.
